It's easier to make healthy meal choices when you have all of the ingredients ready to go & recipes ideas listed & quick to choose from.

There's no rules for how to meal plan.
You can plan certain meals for specific days,
or simply list the week's "choices."
It's ok if you don't end up following your plan; life happens.

Other bonuses include:
Star  A less stressful early evening  (you KNOW what you're going to make).
Star Money savings (less eating out).
Star Fewer trips to the food store.

Won't you give it a whirl?

Here's another thing I do....
SAVE my meal plans from the past (I email them to myself & put into a separate "meal plans" folder). Later on you can refer back to them for effortless future meal plans!

Cathy, are the recipes for your meals on the recipe site? I'd love to know how you make the balsamic beef and roast chicken chimichangas. also, for the chix parm, you just bake the chix breast with sauce and cheese? I assume tomato sauce is allowed?

Thank you! All of these plans sound so good! Norma :O)
