This is from the SBD site - getting rave reviews.  I haven't tried it.  Please review if you do!

Here is a great one for the holidays and no one needs to know it's diet! I got it from a friend who's husband usually has the "real" ingredients, but she switched them to be SBD friendly and he didn't even know! Good luck!

Better Than Sex
South Beach Edition

3½ c Chopped Pecans
2 Eggs (whisked)

Mix above two ingredients together, and press on bottom of 13 x 9. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes. Cool completely.

1 pkg Cream Cheese (8 oz low fat)
1 c Ricotta Cheese (low fat)
1 c Splenda

Mix three ingredients on medium speed until smooth. Spread over nut crust.

4 ½ c Milk
3 pkg Sugar free chocolate pudding (small boxes)
1 T Vanilla

Mix together. Let it set up a little bit, then pour over the cream cheese layer. Once pudding is set, top with 1 tub of FF Cool Whip. Garnish with chopped nuts, or shaved chocolate. Enjoy!

I made it for our dessert/sweet treat allowance this week. Ummmmmmmm not better than sex, at least around here, but it defiantly kicks butt for being a SBD Legal Dessert. :)

I halved the recipe and added some splenda to the crust. It is still huge, so I might freeze some pieces for a latter time.

I did use the full 1 cup, but that is one thing I thought I would cut down by at least a 1/4 of a cup next time.

I'm going to make this for my work on Friday and I was thinking what about sweetening as you go?

Better Than Sex Dessert was a big hit!!

For those that are interested, I made this for my work party today and everyone loved it. This is including our college aged student assistants. :o) They kept saying *this* is on your diet?? lol

I did modify it a little though.

With the pecan crust I added a little brown sugar substitute. Sorry I didn't measure just sprinkled a little in. BTW, I think I will use a little less pecan crust next time.

With the light cream cheese/part-skim ricotta layer I only used 1/4 cup of Splenda instead of a full cup. IMO that would have been WAY too much. But you can test it out as you go and if it isn't sweet enough for your tastes you can add more. I was being extra careful about the Splenda taste because of all the nondieters I was feeding.

I didn't make any modifications to the pudding layer. Oh wait, I actually did use one "Chocolate Fudge" flavored pudding packets instead of one of the regular "Chocolate" flavors. I doubt it made a difference though and I only did that because that was all I had.

I also used Light Cool Whip rather than Fat Free because of the people I was feeding.

I topped it with a few more pecans and some mini chocolate chip morsels.

It was really good and we have a TON leftover because this recipe makes a lot. Thankfully there is still tomorrow and I know people will be going back for seconds. :o)

This sounds great but I was wondering about the cool whip. Even thought it is FF isn't it loaded with sugar? I don't have any to check out the ingredients and thought some of you could let me know about this.
