It's easier to make healthy meal choices when you have all of the ingredients ready to go & recipes ideas listed & quick to choose from.

There's no rules for how to meal plan.
You can plan certain meals for specific days,
or simply list the week's "choices."
It's ok if you don't end up following your plan; life happens.

Other bonuses include:
Star  A less stressful early evening  (you KNOW what you're going to make).
Star Money savings (less eating out).
Star Fewer trips to the food store.

Won't you give it a whirl?

Here's another thing I do....
SAVE my meal plans from the past (I email them to myself & put into a separate "meal plans" folder). Later on you can refer back to them for effortless future meal plans!

A little late with my meal plan, but the options for this week are:

Stir-fry with brown rice (P2)

5-spice fish over mixed greens (P1)

WGWW Pasta with grilled veggies (P2)

Breakfast for dinner with fresh fruit (we had this already, it was WW pancakes with Splenda and cinnamon and oranges) (P2)

Taco pockets (P1 for the burgers, P2 to wrap them in WGWW Tortillas...from 30 Minute Meals, I'll post the recipe after I see how it works!)
