I made a soup from scratch that I thought was SBD friendly and the recipe called for chicken base. I had never known of such of a product, but I found it. Does anybody know if this is even SBD friendly and if not, what I can use for as a substitute?
For the soup base, it is called...L.B. Jamison's Soup Base
The ingredients are: salt, food starch-modified, chicken fat, hydrogenenated soybean and/or Cottonseed Oils, Monosodium Glutamate, Onion Powder, Turmeric, Spice and Natural Flavorings, Disodium Inosinate, and Disodium Guanylate, Oleoresin Paprika.
