Lemon Blueberry Topping (P2)

I love putting this topping on Kashi Frozen Waffles! I bet it would also Rock if you cooled it and used it as a topping for SBD Cheese Cake.
(1) 16 oz Package of Frozen Blueberries
(1) Lemon (You will need the zest and the juice)
3/4 Cup of Splenda (Use more or less depending on the quality of the berries)
Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and slowly bring to a low boil. Remove from the stove and allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
This recipe could probably be done the same way with Strawberries, Peaches, Raspberries or another SBD approved frozen fruit.
