Meal Plans for week of 1/20

I'm planning my meals for this week & am getting into a rut on snacks.  If anyone else has their meals planned for the week, would you please post?  I've been surfing through posts but haven't seen much variety from what I'm already doing. ( =  Thanks!  Bets


Breakfasts - eggs/turkey bacon, quiche, oatmeal or cold cereal


Snacks - cheese sticks, celery w/hummus or PB, yogurt, cottage cheese, homemade hot cocoa, SB PB Cup, meat roll-ups


Lunch - chef salad, greek salad, tuna salad on romaine, veggie soup, l/o split pea soup, turkey wrap w/ww tortilla, Morningstar Farms burger w/cheese, lettuce & tomato in a ww pita


Dinner -
M = Lemon Dill Chicken, steamed snow peas w/lemon, roasted broccoli
T = Crockpot Beef Stew (lots of veggies & some sweet potato), whole wheat biscuits (need to find a recipe)
W = Bean & Vegetable Burritos, Calabacitas Con Queso - Zucchini with Cheese (a recipe I'm modifying a bit - I'll post if it works out)
Th = Crockpot Split Pea Soup, side salad
F = Garlic & soy grilled pork chops, green beans, black beans w/garlic, cumin & diced tomatoes
S = Grilled salmon, veggie rice, side salad
Su = Chili Parmesan Chicken, garbanzo salad, brown rice mixed with diced tomatoes & chilis

Hi Bets!

Here's what I've got planned for the week:

Breakfasts: cottage cheese with flavoring or eggs

Snacks: lunchmeat/cheese rollups, nuts, fruit w/cheese or nuts, popcorn

Lunches: soup/salad or dinner leftovers
Salad of the Week: Tuna/Cannellini salad
Soup: Chicken Lentil-Barley (I'll post the recipe tonight if I can)

Dessert: Beach-friendly Fudge (need to tweak the recipe before I post it)

Entrees: Thai-style stir-fry
WW spaghetti with homemade marinara and grilled broccoli
5-spice fish over greens
Portobello pizzas
Turkey Taco Salad
Broccoli-Cheese WW Calzones

It probably does mean it's bleached.
