Here's mine for the week:
* Soup: the rest of french onion (I froze one too), Split pea in crock pot
* Snacks: Hummus with red pepper strips, cottage cheese with grape tomatoes, lots of berries (sale!!!) with reduced fat cheese, sliced pickling cukes with cottage cheese.
*** Order to change ****
SUN: Chef spinach salad for us, sandwiches with raw baby spinach on the side for the kids.
MON: Rainbow trout almondine with yellow squash and salad (side of pasta on kids plates) - we might have some too; think I do half whole wheat/half regular pasta.
TUES: Split pea soup with leftover crustless crab quiche (if not eaten during lunches) & salad (us), Purdue fun shaped refrigerated chicken with sliced cukes for kids.
WED: Crockpot Easy Thai chicken I think.... or mush-barley-lentil casserole (crockpot) with roasted broccoli
THURS: roasted salmon, with lite Ceasar and some other veggie. Will add side of pasta to kid's salmon.
FRI: My birthday party cocktail party (I ordered lots of SBD-friendly foods... but will of course eat and enjoy my cake too. :)
SAT: Eat out. My daughter has Brownie Daddy-daughter dance.
SUN: Bringing my SBD-friendly Uncle John's turkey chili to Super Bowl Party. :)

Here's what we're eating this week:
Soup of the Week:
Here is a rough plan of my week:
SUNDAY: pork roast with roasted peppers and steamed brocolli
MONDAY: pork and veggies plus additional veggies turned into a stirfry
TUESDAY: stuffed peppers, grilled chicken. I thought the peppers would be enough with an additional side veggie, but DH thought we needed more.
WEDNESDAY: spaghetti w/mushrooms and zuchinni in marinara sauce, salad (I'll have sp. squash). This was supposed to be a vegetarian meal, but DH bought some turkey sausage to go with it. LOL.
THURSDAY: chicken in the crockpot, sides of squash, peas and salad. I won't eat the peas and DH won't eat the squash.
FRIDAY: Probably going out to eat with DH's parents who will be visiting all week
SATURDAY: Going to my parents house with the whole gang to celebrate my son's 2nd b-day. This day will surely be a challenge.
SUNDAY: Superbowl Sunday - going to a friend's house for a party. This will be another challenge!
