Could some one give me the recipe for the Reuban wraps? I put it in the search but didn't give me anything.

Thanks,
Pam

I don't have the official recipe for the reuben wraps with me, but I am actually making my version of "reuben" for dinner tonight...

1.5 lb of lean corned beef (or pastrami - whichever looks better that day)
1/4 lb of sliced lf swiss
1 can of saurkraut
spicy mustard
thousand island dressing (not exactly SBD-legal, but I only use a little bit - there might be some better choices out there, I just haven't looked)

Cut up the beef and heat it in a frying pan (no oil needed). Place beef in an ovenproof casserole dish. Drain the saurkraut and heat in the same frying pan. Place saurkraut on top of beef in dish. Squirt some mustard over the saurkraut. Top with the swiss cheese. Cover and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly around the edges. Serve and top with thousand island dressing.
