This chili recipe comes from Men's Fitness magazine:

Steak Chili (all phases)

1 lb. Top-round steak

1 tsp. Salt

1 ¼ tsp. Chili powder

2 tsp. Olive oil

1 large red pepper, chopped

1 large onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 ½ tbsp. Chili powder

1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes

1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste

1 tbsp. Splenda

½ tsp. Cumin

hot sauce to taste

1 can (15 oz.) black beans

Trim all visible fat from steak.  Cut beef into ½ inch cubes.  Season cubes with salt and chili powder.  In large nonstick pot, cook steak in olive oil, over medium-high heat; brown on all sides.  Add red peper, onion, and garlic, then cook until tender.  Add remaining ingredients – except black beans.  When mixture comes to a boil, turn heat to low, cover pot, and allow to simmer for 60-90 minutes.  Add beans and simmer for another 30 minutes. Spoon chili into bowls.  Makes 4 servings.
