Yummy!!!! Made these tonight. They are great. Thanks for sharing the recipe Jolene

1 C flour(oat bran flour)
3 Tbs dutch process cocoa powder
1/2 tea baking soda
1/2 cup margarine
2 Tbs prune puree(extra margarine instead)
1/2 C Splenda
3 Tbs brown sugar(3 TBS Splenda + 1 TBS SF Maple Syrup)
1 egg
1 tea vanila
2 Tbs 1% milk
1/3 C mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda in a small bowl. Set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, beat margarine, prune puree, Splenda and brown sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in the flour mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough, by level tablespoons, onto cookie sheet. Press down on dough with the bottom of a glass to flatten. Bake for 8-10 mins. Remove from pan and cool on rack. Makes 24 servings.
