Looking at the recipe for the black bean cakes, I read that i neede 1 cup of Splenda. We dont get Splenda here in Spain and so I just use Nutrasweet or some othe brand that uses dextrosa or saccharine. I dont really use too much of these because I know that they arent the safest sweetners on the market. What exactly is Splenda? Does it use any of those ingredients (dextrosa or saccharine etc..)? How should i get around this little problem? Maybe i should just go ahead and use it?
Its a toughie for me so i seek your adivce!

I can't get it in Singapore either, but there are websites that will ship it to you like netgrocer.com. I know it's available in London, but I don't know if there is a place that can ship it from there.
