How to count soy flour?

I forgot I bought a package of soy flour a few months ago. Does this count as carbs? Can I substitute in baking recipes? I've gotten into the habit of using wheat flour in most recipes, but it does change the taste. Not sure how soy flour would change the taste, but I'm thinking of trying it.

Yes, you can use soy flour interchangable with whole wheat flour in cooking and baking.
