OK, here's the recipe I found in this months Light and Tasty magazine. The only thing I was concerned with was the 2T of honey, but since this recipe makes 6 servings. I didn't think such a small amount of honey was too much of a problem. Hope I'm right, if not, someone suggested using SF syrup instead.
Apple Cinnamon Pancakes
2 cups WW flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lighly beaten
2 cups fat free milk
2 tblsp. honey (or whatever you want to substitute)
1 tblsp. canola oil
1 medium apple, peeled, cored, chopped
In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Combine eggs, milk, honey, and oil, stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Add apple.
Pour batter by 1/3 cupfuls onto hot nonstick pan, coated with nonstick spray. Turn when bubbles form on top, cook until second side is golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.

Well these would be ok as long as you aren't in phase-1 when you need to eliminate all of these added sugars from your diet.
