I had bought two of these new pizza's last week and finally had the deluxe tonight. At first thought the size was small, so while it was baking I made a large spinach salad with lots of vegs. But the pizza did have a good flavor, the tomatoe sauce was spicy and good, the toppings really had flavor. I'm not a big frozen pizza fan, but I would buy this one again for those nights when you are in a hurry. I still like the portabella pizzas better.

I just had my first one yesterday. I thought they were going to be bigger (the size of the box is deceiving, it makes it look like its going to be a pretty decent size pizza, then when you open it you find it's about half the size of the box!!) We had the grilled chicken with veggies (spinach and red bell pepper) Not muc veggies on it, so you would need to eat something with it to make it a meal (we had a big salad too) The toppings and sauce were fine - the crust wasn't the best. We make our own whole wheat pizza crust quite a bit at home and mine is MUCH better (my dh actually likes my whole wheat crust BETTER than regular crust)
But I would definitely buy it again, it was SO nice to be able to just sit down and relax after dinner for the FIRST time in 10 weeks instead of spending half an hour with a mountain of dishes!

Thanks for the review ladies. I was hoping to buy one to try at my grocery today but they are not carrying them yet. I have a question: Are the pizzas' individual size or family size?

Thanks,

Hi Nicol,

They are approximately 7 ounces and contain 1 individual serving.

I would say they are about the size of a pita bread, so you are the only one to eat it. My family had a local everything pizza so I had the SB kraft one. I at least could have pizza with them. NO CHEATING YEAH.

Thank you. I went to Ralphs grocery store today and they had the pizzas and the frozen meals. I got a few of each. I will probably give the pizza a try some day this week.

For those of you who eat Amy's Organic Pizza (okay on SBD for P2 and 3), how do you think this SBD pizza compares?

I'd have to say I did prefer the SBD pizza to the Amy's pizza I had (I had one w/spinach I think? Don't remember, the only one I could find!) I think it was the cheese on the Amy's pizza that I wasn't TOO thrilled with, it was good, but I didn't think it was great. And - for me - Amy's gave me MAJOR cravings/headache/sugar high feeling. Nothing else has yet, but that is totally just me I know everyone is different.
We had the chicken and veggie one as I am not too big a fan of pepperoni, but I am VERY surprised that they didn't use turkey pepperoni (well I guess after all we've learned about the products maybe I'm not that surprised)! I don't even let my kids have regular, when we make pizza at home they have the turkey - and don't notice a difference at all!
I'll probably buy the SB again just because it is more available around here than the Amy's, only one store carries it and its pretty far.
I don't know (after all that babbling!), I guess I would say its definitely as good, maybe a little better.
