ok well for easter dinner i have to make a carrot cake but itcalls for 2 cups flour, what can i substitute? but still make it taste like the original stuff???? for everything else on my recipe i know how how substitute the things except that flour. i was thinking maybe 1 cup whole wheat flour, and 1 cup regular flour!! but im not sure!!! any suggestions would begreat!! thanks
