MichaelAnn,

You had mentioned in another thread that you make WW Pizza crust. I was wondering where you got the recipe or if you would please post it.

I LOVE PIZZA. I haven't had any for a while. I bought the portabella mushrooms...but haven't tried it yet.

Thanks,

Melissa

INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
3 - 3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (usually use 3 and use the 1/2 c as needed for rolling)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups warm water

I do mine in the bread machine on the dough setting. Then roll/stretch it out and let it raise again about 15 min. Makes the size of a large pizza when we do it. Then we bake it at about 400 on a pizza stone. We usually LOAD it with veggies (to the point you can't pick it up!) Zucchini, artichoke hearts, bell pepper, olives, spinach, tomato, onion, mushrooms. Ragu pizza sauce in the jar has no sugar.

I'm not really sure what the directions would be if you didn't have a bread machine? I haven't made bread without one for YEARS!

Enjoy! My dh likes this BETTER than regular pizza crust!
