This sounds great! I found it on the top of my Smucker's Natural PB jar.

1 cup Natural PB
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tsp. ginger, finely chopped
2 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 1/2 inch strips.

Put all ingredient except chicken into blender, until combined.
Pour over chicken and marinate 2 hours.
Lightly oil medium/hot BBQ grill. Grill chicken 6/8 minutes until done.

sound YUMMY, if anyone makes it, let me know how it turns out!

I saw that on my PB jar too! I keep meaning to try it, we may make it this weekend as that's when we usually grill.

I finally made this last week - it was very good, the kids LOVED it (since I told them it had pb in it they were excited about it)
We grilled it on the BBQ, and it made a nice crispy "crust" on the chicken. I pulled out some of the marinade (before I added the chicken) to use as a basting sauce as it finished cooking. It did tend to stick to the grill, so I would make sure to oil it REALLY well.
I didn't really think it was like the crockpot Thai Chicken - mainly because the end result wasn't a shredded type thing, it was actual pieces of chicken, and as I said it developed a crispy crust, so it had great texuture.
