Hi everyone!
I have searched the board with every possible combo of words and can't seem to find a post collecting jello dessert recipes. What is your favorite? I hope to try some (I dont usually eat sweet treats but i'm thinking about trying some)
Thanks so much!

Pinkie,

Try the kraft foods website. They have a few jello recipes for the SBD.

Here are a few ideas:

MichaelAnn shared this jello idea:
What about a multi-layer sugar-free jello mold? I've done them with different flavors to make it "rainbow", then the middle layer you can add some ff cool whip before it is totally set and it makes a "cream" layer. You can do it in a pretty mold or a bundt pan and it looks really pretty and "sparkly" on the table!

Also, s-f jello powder is great stirred into non-fat plain yogurt or cottage cheese for a quick treat.

Hi - this is a bit off topic but I noticed your weight and you did not have a lot to lose, which is similar to me. I am starting out at 140 and I want to go down to 125, 15 pound weight loss. I was wondering how SBD phase 1 went for you? I'm asking because I've heard that it's harder to lose weight when you're not that big to begin with...did you find that true? I hope I'm not intruding on your privacy, I just found it hopefull when I saw your great results, thanks in advance!

Hi Dee,
I'm glad I can help. I lost 5 lbs in the first week of P1 and 1 LB in the second. I noticed the difference in how my clothes fit right away. I started on january 4 and hit my goal about a week or two ago. I feel great, you will too! Good luck!
let me know if you have any more questions!

Ooh, the jello powder stirred into nonfat yogurt sounds delish! How much powder would you recommend for a single serving?

I use about a teaspoon of jello powder in a cup of yogurt.
