Is this recipe SB friendly?

I have a question about a recipe.I grew up eating this, and i was really bummed because i thought that i would not be able to eat it anymore. It's called "black beans and pork" i like to do it in the crockpot because it cooks really well.
It's only black beans, you put thepork in it. After it's cooked the pork turns black (obviously..LOL) and it might look kind of funky but it's really good.
You only put in the beans anything you want to give it flavor, onions, garlic, cumin.
On the side, you only add tomatoes, and avocados. The tomatoes you just have to "blacken" in a pan, until they are soft and mushy. Mix the avocados with the "squished" tomatoes.
Serve on a plate, the pork, with some beans, the avocados and the tomatoes...I used to eat this with tortillas, but if this is an SB friendly, i might just eat it like that.I am sorry that i don't have measurments, this is a "family" recipe...
I am wondering if this one is "ok"...:D Thanx

Pork as long as its, tenderloin, loin, canadian bacon, or broiled ham
black beans are SBD friendly
Avacodo's and tomatos' are ok.. I believe Avacodos' are...
All of the ingredients sound SB friendly to me. I'm a vegetarian so I don't know the meat guidlines but I'm sure if it's lean pork its ok. In phase 2 you can have whole wheat tortillas. Avocados are a good fat so they are ok, check the getting started thread for the serving guideline for that (i think 1/3 avocado = one serving of fat)
that recipe sounds good!
If you are using any oils make sure they are on the foods to enjoy list.
I hope this helps, I'm pretty sure the recipe is ok!

Hi Ruby,
All of these ingredients are fine for phase 1.
