This week's soup:
Starting phase 1 again, so I really need to meal plan!
Breakfasts: Eggs and turkey bacon, V8 juice
Lunches: Chef salad, bean salad, chicken and veggies, soups, leftovers
Dinners:
Tuesday: Stir fry pork with veggies
Wednesday: Grilled steak and roasted veggies
Thursday: Bean and grilled chicken salad
Friday: Shrimp FraDiavlo and spaghetti squash
Snacks: Almonds, cottage cheese, sugar-free fudgesicles, natural peanut butter, mozza sticks, V8
The order of foods may change

Tonight: Crockpot chicken cacciatore over whole wheat pasta, cucumber salad
Wednesday: Santa Fe steak, salad
Thursday: Leftover (lean) pork with sauteed cabbage
Breakfasts:
- egg scramble with any of the following: zuchinni, onions, celery, boca sausage, feta cheese
- oatmeal w/milk and/or peanut butter
Lunches:
- Going for salads and leftovers this week. Feta cheese and balsamic vinegar are on my list and I loooove salad with these on them
- Tuna salad with tons of crunchy veggies
Snacks:
- celery w/laughing cow cheese
- grapes w/ laughing cow cheese
- peanut butter yogurt
- SF fugsicle
- cheese sticks
Dinners:
- Grilled salmon, brocolli cheese bake, brown rice
- BBQ chicken (using sauce recipe from SBD cookbook), roasted acorn squash, mac-n-cheese for kids
- Homeade chicken soup with lots of veggies and brown rice
- Grilled hamburgers (no bun for me), baked onion rings, green beans w/balsamic vinaigrette
- Lamb kebobs (maybe, if I can find lamb. Otherwise beef.) with bell peppers, mushrooms and onions, along with couscous, and mediterranian salad w/cukes and tomatoes
- cheese and black bean quesadillas on whole wheat tortillas, with a large salad
