Baked Asparagus Parmesan

Baked Asparagus Parmesan


1 bunch asparagus, washed, trimmed, but whole (the fatter
stalks work best for this)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. parmesan, grated
salt and pepper to taste

Wash and dry asparagus. Line baking sheet with no-stick foil (or regular foil sprayed w/Pam). Arrange asparagus in a row, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle lightly w/salt & pepper. Bake in preheated 475 oven 15 minutes. Turn asparagus over with tongs, sprinkle with parmesan, return to oven 5 more minutes. Can be served at room temp or hot.
