HMMMMMM MMMMMMM That was good eatin'! Had that w/ the KFC/Good Seasons chicken for dinner tonight! finished off the chicken but plenty of Brocolli left over! which is fine w/ me! LOL ruby

I suppose you're referring to the recipe I posted probably about a month and a half ago. Anyway, I'm glad you liked it! I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE it but try not to make it too often so I force myself to have variety. I tend to find a few things I like and eat nothing but those things. But the broccoli bake is so easy and yummy :) And since it is just me and my bf (and our dogs don't get people food), we always have it for at least one more night's dinner (if he doesn't snag it for lunch). He does not need to lose weight but indulges me with this WOE because he understands how healthy SBD is. I've even got him taking fiber supplements!

Did you have any suggestions for spicing up the broccoli bake, so to speak? Some people thought it was a little bland and wanted to add some spices to it. I eat it as is but am curious to try something new.
