...a 100% whole wheat bagel? I found some Pepperidge Farm wheat mini bagels w/ 3 grams fiber each and 100 or 125 calories (don't remember). There are a lot in a bag, so, I thought I'd see what kind of recipe ideas everyone could come up with.

One of my standard breakfasts are toasted bagels with low fat cream cheese, spinach/spring mix and smoked salmon

Well, I'm posting from work right now, but I believe the mini bagels weigh in either right at 1 oz or at around 1.1 oz each. I'll have to get the rest of the nutrition info for you when I go to my boyfriends' house tomorrow. Oh, and I also so saw that Sarah Lee is supposed to have Mini Heart Healthy Whole Wheat bagels, too, and they are right at 1 oz, but I haven't seen them at the store yet.

I love a reduced-fat cream cheese/lox spread with a thick slice of tomato. mmmm.
