I was just wondering what condiments have you started using to help you on SB. I was a big lover of Ketchup and Bar-b-que sause. I have had to make some changes, I wanted to share them with you and learn any tips or trick from you.
Mustard - I have become a mustard addict. I like all types, Yellow, Dijon style, and stone ground with horse radish (really like the last one on beef). I have found that most of the mustards are to thick for my use. I tend to thin them down with water or vinager, I use about 1 part water or vinagar to 2 parts mustard.
Some other things I use, Worschester(Not sure about spelling) sause, lots of salsa, I tried Tabascos Smoked sause - it is not as hot as regular Tabasco (My 6 year old uses it.), it is great. I also use vinegar on fish.
I has also tried watering down my salad dressing, I find that I like it better and a 1/2 of a tablespoon of ranch dressing mized with an equall amount of water seems to go as far as 2 tablespoons of plain ranch.
Do you all have any ideas you would like to share?

George,
These are great ideas!
Condiments can really keep things interesting!
Maggie: Thank You!
I like the pulled pork recipe. I may have to give it a try. (The trick is finding lean enough pork.) It reminds me of a recipe I use with my smoker.
Where do you get the Ezekiel 4:9 bread? I hope they do not bake it according to God's instructions. (See Ezekiel 4:12)
Also, you mentioned posting a couple of before and after pictures, how do I do that?
A few more things that I use.
- Smoked salt, just a little bit of extra flavor on meat.
- Cayene pepper - supposed to be good for the digestion and the sinuses.
- Lemon pepper, great on veggies!
- Garlic -
- Horseradish
LOL SB-slim.
Loved the comment about baking it like the Bible says in Ezekiel 4:12. I truly hope they don't bake it that way either.
Michele
Hi George,
Love those additional spice recommendations you had!
Hi!
Horseradish is great on all kinds of things! I love it spread on a piece of (deli) roast beef with a veggie slice inside.
