Shrimp in Love

This is a recipe that I adapted from a Kraft cookbook. It is delicious as is, or you can eat it over whole wheat pasta.
1 cup peeled and deveined black tiger shrimp (or as much as you like)
19oz can diced tomatoes, drained
2-3 tbsp lowfat cream cheese
3 large handfulls fresh spinach, chopped (I use whole baby spinch leaves)
garlic
olive oil
Heat about 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add 1-2 cloves minced garlic. Add the shrimp and cook until it starts to turn pick. Next, add the tomatoes and cream cheese. Let this simmer for 10 mins. Remove from heat and stir in the spinach. Cover the skillet and let sit for a couple of mins until the spinach has wilted. Enjoy!
