Does anyone have a recipe that would be okay for Phase 1? We are having mother's day Sunday and figured this would be a different way to have eggs!! Thanks!!

Hi Katie,

If you already have a favorite way to make your deviled eggs, it's likely it's already All-phases friendly!

I've been doing something that cl-Susan suggested.

Is mustard an okay condiment? I thought it was but now I am not sure. My eggs had reduced fat mayo, mustard and paprika, salt and pepper.

Thanks again!!

Bump to get more input. I like my eggs tart so I use grated onion (or really finely minced), vinegar, mustard, garlic and paprika. But I'm open to yummy variations and could make several versions. I LOVE LOVE LOVE deviled eggs, always have. I'm thinking of chopping colored bell peppers and green onions finely and mixing it in for special color.

The kids are coloring eggs tonight. fun fun!
