Perfect volume dinner (m)

If any of you are like me, sometimes when you don't have a starch with dinner you just never feel full.
Well, I just stuffed myself and it was all under 500 calories (I know we don't count on SB, but I keep an eye on it since I am phase III).
I steamed a 12 oz bag of broccoli and cauliflower. Tossed with a bit of smart balance, good seasons italian seasoning mix, parmesan cheese and pepper.
Then I broiled a couple of low fat turkey sausages. These had sun dried tomato, feta cheese, and olives and they tasted just like pizza.
It was easy, made a huge plate, and I felt like I totally indulged!
This is always one of my favorites for ease and filling my tummy.
