I had to change this recipe a little (I couldn't find a legal Hoisin sauce, they all had WAY too much sugar, but I know some people have found one) But it was really good - dh has requested we have them again sometime. I served them on ww pita w/reduced fat swiss cheese.
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey breast
One 8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, rinsed and chopped
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce (I put in 2 T Carb Options terriyaki sauce instead)
2 scallions, trimmed and sliced
1.5 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
To make: 1. Heat grill to medium-high.
2. Mix ground turkey, water chestnuts, hoisin (or terriyaki), scallions, ginger, garlic and salt. (The mixture will be moist.) Divide the mixture into four equal portions. Form into 1/2-inch-thick patties.
3. Oil grill rack. Brush patties with sesame oil. Grill until browned and no longer pink in the center (165¡F), about 5 minutes per side. (toward the end of grilling I brushed mine with a little more terriyaki sauce and added a slice of lf swiss)

If you are lucky enough to have a Whole Foods Market near you, their house brand "365 Organic" hoisin sauce has only 3 grams of sugar:
