Good Phase 1 Chili or Meatloaf Recipes?

Does anyone have a good Phase 1 Chili and/or meatloaf recipe? I'm just starting out and those are both things my husband would really like. Thanks in advance, Allison

This my meatloaf recipe - its Phase 2 because of the oatmeal - but you could probably make it and leave that out, it would just have a little different texture.
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 cup oatmeal (slow-cooking kind, ground fine in blender or food processor until its powdery)
1 egg
1 jar spaghetti sauce
onion
bell pepper
1 T worschestire sauce
2 clove garlic
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Combine meat, oatmeal, egg, 1/2 of spaghetti sauce, onion, bell pepper,
worschestire, garlic, salt and pepper. Put half in loaf pan. Top with mozzarella cheese,
then other half of meat. Bake @ 350 until internal temp is 160 degrees (45 min- 1 hr usually), top with sauce last 15 minutes.
