New twist on portobello mushroom pizza

Try topping the portobello mushroom cap with pesto, sundried tomatoes, shrimp (or chicken) and part-skim mozzarella. Bake until cheese is slightly browned. It's great.

Oh, I love the idea of adding some chicken on top.
Oh, this is a great idea! I had portobello mushroom pizza tonight and I kept thinking, "this needs *something*"-- I just couldn't figure out what! I'll try the pesto and chicken/shrimp twist next time!
