Found this on another SBD site, sorry if it's been posted before, but I just had To share. This is absolutely delicious. I didn't put cocoa powder, and it was a vanilla shake. You could experiment with all types of flavor variations. It was also suggested that you can freeze it for a while to make it thicker, freeze it longer, and it's like ice cream. I plan to try it in my ice cream machine, since it tasted exactly like melted vanilla ice cream.
2 cups non-fat milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/2 cup Splenda or other sweetener (I only used half this amount, start with half and increase as necessary)
1/4 cup unsweet cocoa (I omitted this to make a vanilla shake)
3/4 cup fat free or low fat Ricotta
Next time I'm going to try making it coffee flavor, since I desperately miss coffee ice cream.

YUM, this sounds great Michele!
Hi Maggie! Yes, the recipe makes 2 servings. I actually doubled it so I could freeze it in my ice cream maker, and it overfilled my blender. (what a mess!)
So, if you plan to make extra, make it in two batches!
