Saturday: Flank steak stuffed with spinach and feta
Sunday: Shrimp fra diavolo over spaghetti squash
Monday: Taco salad
Tuesday: Pulled pork fajitas (crockpot)
Wednesday: Crockpot chicken (whole)
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: Crockpot chicken w/ sundried tomatoes and artichokes
