So Good,Warm Brownie for any Phase

Warm Brownie:

In a custard cup add:

1Tb peanutbutter
1Tb unsweetened cocoa powder
3TB non fat dry milk
1 pack splenda(2tsp loose splenda0

Mix the first 3 ingredients until very crumbly,put in microwave for 20 seconds.

Add:2 tsp splenda mix really well.Mooshing & stirring until dark & creamyNuke 20(15) seconds more. Stir again,if dry add 1 tsp l of maple syrup,.Than flatten the brownie and serve with a small spoon. Enjoy delishhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

I FINALLY tried this. It is very good, although I added some water to the mix, and microwaved it for 30 seconds the second time. I didn't have SF syrup, and I think next time I'll put in more splenda. Very good recipe, though. Thanks!!!!
