I thought I posted this in the recipe section, but I can't seem to find it, so here it is again! The splenda/ketchup/BBQ sauce ratios can be adjust to your taste, its not really an exact thing.

INGREDIENTS:

* 2 cans white beans
* 1/2 lb lean ham or turkey bacon or canadian bacon (chopped - if you use turkey bacon I'd cook it first)
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1/4 c splenda
* 1/4 c sugar-free maple syrup
* 1 T worschestire sauce
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup water
* 1/4 cup sugar free ketchup
* 1/4 cup sugar free BBQ sauce
* 2 tablespoons prepared mustard

DIRECTIONS:

1. Drain and rinse beans. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours. Uncover and bake 30 min more. Stir often or it will stick to the pan.

Thanks for the recipe MichaelAnn - I LOVE Baked Beans. I had to pass on them this weekend at a graduation party. We're having a potluck BBQ here at work on Friday so that will be my contribution.
