Baked Parmesan Salmon Loaf

Not sure where I found this recipe but it was so good. It may have been on the board here but not sure. I had this last night with roasted vegetables and butter beans.
Baked Parmesan Salmon Loaf
1 can salmon, drained (I left the bone in, it is a good source of calcium)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
3 slices bread torn into small pieces(I used whole wheat)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 TBS lemon juice
pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients. Press into loaf pan sprayed with canola oil spray. Bake 45 minutes @ 350.
