Note: The angel meringue dessert says it's for Phase 3, because it's got confectioner's sugar in it. (Personally, I don't plan to return to sugar ever, P3 or not!) I happen to know that Whey Low makes a confectioner's "sugar". With that as a substitute, it would be a P2 friendly recipe! www.wheylow.com
