Open-Faced Canadian Bacon Bagel (P2)
3 slices Canadian bacon
1/2 small whole-wheat bagel
1/8 medium granny smith apple, cut into 3 slices
2 Tbsp. reduced fat cheddar cheese
Heat bacon as directed on package and place on bagel half. Top with apple; sprinkle evenly with cheese. Microwave on medium (50%) for 30-35 seconds or until cheese begins to melt.
