This may seem dumb, and I am no genius in the kitchen....but why on earth does it need to cook for that long?

I am not good with things that take that long, because of my lack of forethought. I don't know why the name here made me think quick and easy!!! Maybe I will try this one out on the weekend sometime.

What do you put it in? On top of a salad? In a WW tortilla?

TIA
Rachel

I think it needs to cook that long to let the flavors all blend together in the crock pot.

I cook mine on the stove top and do exactly what the PP suggested.

I make this on the stove top no need to put in crockpot. I eat it as soon as it all heated up.

Yummy!
