Is this ok - I got it off the kraft website for South Beach - i thought creamed soups were bad. Anyone use recipes off the kraft site before?
I had the south beach pizza last night it wasn't bad
INGREDIENTS
2 cups whole wheat rotini pasta, uncooked
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) low-fat condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Cuts
1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package. Drain pasta; return to pan.
Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir. Cook on medium heat 7 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat. Stir in the cheese.
