Are triscuits or wheat thins allowed? If so what kind? Are they considered a snack or grain? Thanks for any help anyone can offer : )

Triscuits are allowed (all varieties) just check the serving size. One serving = one grain. Wheat Thins unfortunately still have too little fiber so they aren't allowed.

Triscuits do count as a grain serving. I believe it's 7 of the regular ones as one SB grain serving.

We love the cracked pepper ones and the roasted garlic ones. yum yum. I try to top them with lots of SB friendly stuff (tomatoes, chicken salad, cheese, etc) to make more of a meal out of them. They are filling!
