Tandoori Chicken Question

Hi....I hope it is okay if I just jump right in here! It seems like you all have an awesome community. I've especially loved getting all of the great recipes off of this Board.
I have a question about the Tandoori Chicken Crock Pot recipe I saw on here recently. It called for a bunch of different spices, and I don't have all of them on hand, but I do have Garam Marsala, which is an Indian spice--and I believe it contains most of the spices listed on the recipe. Does anyone know what Garam Marsala contains and if it is SB friendly? I am on Phase One.
