This sounds real good...and easy! I don't normally make rice, not sure why...but I like how this recipe sounds! I think my 2 1/2 year old will like it too! What do you normally serve it with? A salad or vegetable maybe?

Hi Karen: I just wanted to let you know that I made this tonight for dinner. It was SOOO yummy.

Just one note: My store did not have the Spanish rice. I was so bummed. I was really in the mood for that flavor. All they had was chicken and herb. So I just used that with the rest of the ingredients. It wasn't "Spanish," but it was VERY tasty.

I will look at another store for the Spanish style, but either way... I would definitely make it again. Thanks!

Next time just add a little chili powder and cumin...I think you'll get the Spanish flavors. I also like to add a bit of Pete's Red Hot sauce, a sprinkle of rf shrdded cheddar, and a teaspoonful of sour cream

Made this for dinner tonight...YUM YUM! My husband loved it too!

Added chopped green peppers and onions, didn't have canned tomatoes so I chopped up two tomatoes and added more water and seasonings. Forgot the cheese...will try next time although it was still real good.

Will definately make again! Thanks!
