Cookies and Cream...maybe?

This idea may be in a thread already, but just in case it isn't...

I usually mix 1 Tbsp (sometimes 2 Tbsp) of peanut butter into my yogurt with a little vanilla extract and splenda as recommended by Cathy.

I made the PBJ cookies with SF Smuckers blackberry jam from the SBD Quick and Easy Cookbook. They are great eaten alone or with a glass of milk. They are even better crumbled over FF yogurt. I still can't eat my yogurt without splenda, so I had to use about half tsp of splenda and vanilla extract in my yogurt. The cookies add a different texture than just plain PB...I fooled myself into a good replacement for cookies and ice cream! Anyway, it was REALLY good!!

2/3 c. FF/LF plain yogurt
Few drops of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp splenda
2 PBJ cookies

Mix vanilla and splenda into yogurt. Place or crumble PBJ cookies on top.
