Simple Recipes?

Hey everyone!
I was reading through some of these recipes and they are really putting me in awe. I never really learned to cook. Honestly, I hate cooking!! I like food, but am really really hesitant to try new things. I only recently put green peppers in my quiche and that was because I was sick of just mushrooms and cheese - and honestly they don't really taste that good. But it's something!
Anyway, my question is what recipes are super-simple and don't involve a lot of vegetables? I'm okay with broccoli, green beans, mushrooms, and tomatoes. I really only eat chicken and canned tunafish (only on my salad or in tunafish salad). I don't care for seafood at all. So, you can see my dilemma!!! If anyone out there has any recipes or knows some place where I can find some? I found a total of four recipes in both of the South Beach Diet cookbooks that I am able to prepare or has things in it that I would not be afraid to substitue.
I'm on phase 1 currently, and will likely be eating phase 1 friendly foods for the next 2-3 weeks. If anyone could help. I am really running low on ideas of easy to take to work lunches and anything other than eggs and egg quiche for breakfast.
Thanks!!!!!

I'm sure you can chop some onions and garlic.
