Pasta Shells with Turkey Sausage and Peppers
Rather than calling for actual turkey sausage, this recipe uses ground turkey, garlic and fennel seed as a healthier but just as tasty alternative.

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, in 10" nonstick skillet, cook turkey with 1/2 teaspoon of the salt over medium heat, breaking up pieces of turkey, 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Cook onion, peppers, garlic, fennel seeds, remaining salt, and pepper in oil over medium heat until golden, 5 minutes. Add chicken broth; bring to a boil and cook, covered, 10 minutes, until tender. Stir in pasta and turkey; cook until heated through, about 1 minute. Top with parsley.
