Raspberry Sauce

I made this yesterday and it is DELICOUS. I've already stirred it into: Cheesecake Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Plain Yogurt and Oatmeal. I plan to use it on my waffles or pancakes and poured over some nsa vanilla ice cream. My Mom loves this over pound cake (which I haven't found with WW flour and Splenda yet).

1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 - 1 c. granular splenda (original recipe was regular sugar 1 cup raspberries to 1 cup sugar but I thought a whole cup of splenda was too much)

In a large saucepan, mash up the berries with a fork. Stir in the splenda until well combined. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Once it boils, boil for three minutes. Remove from heat. Beat with a wire whisk for 6 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate. Enjoy!
