If you sub'd fruit for the syrup (or used sugar free syrup), does this recipe look ok?

Thick and creamy milkshake good for breakfast or dessert.

Servings: 1

Ingredients
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1 cup ice cubes
1 serving 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
2 servings 1 packet sweetener (splenda)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender. Use sugar free chocolate syrup if available.
Blend until ice is all chopped and milkshake has thick and creamy consistency.
Serve and enjoy!
Note: good for Phase 1 South Beach.

If you can't find sugar-free chocolate syrup you can substitute unsweetened cocoa powder (count those calories towards your sweet treats) and use some extra splenda.
