Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette

This is really quick and easy, and quite yummy!
2-3 plum/roma tomatoes, halved
1 large clove garlic
2 Tbsp balsaic vinegar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 c EVOO (I used less, plus a little water)
Preheat the broiler, and broil the tomatoes for about 4 minutes, until slightly charred. Allow them to cool. Blend cooled tomatoes, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice and salt in blender or food processor until smooth. Slowly drizzle in oil while continuing to blend.
