What is the Danish in a Bowl Recipe?

I keep seeing in several journals a "Danish in a Bowl". Can I have the recipe, and what Phase is it ok on?


Danish in a Bowl (fine for phase 1)
Into a microwave safe bowl:
1/2 cup low-fat cottage or ricotta cheese
1 egg or 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup egg replacement
1 or 2 pkgs. Splenda
few drops of vanilla extract
Beat throughly with a fork until mixed.
Drop in small chunks of low-fat cream cheese (about 1/2 ounce)
and a few slivers of no-trans fat margarine. Sprinkle with a tsp. of
brown sugar substitute.
Microwave on high until throughly set and bubbling, about 4 to 5
minutes. Remove and set aside for a few minutes to cool a bit.
