freezing MichaelAnn's chix nuggets

I swear I remember MichaelAnn posting that she freezes lots of chicken nuggets for quick meals later. Well, I just cut up a double recipe's worth of chicken, and can't find the post about freezing them.
Before or after cooking? And once frozen, how to cook or heat up?
Thanks a bunch, in advance!
Deb

I freeze after cooking. Let them cool all the way (or the coating could get soggy) Then I lay them out flat on a cookie sheet or pan and put them in freezer until frozen through. When they are frozen, I dump them into a big zip-loc freezer bag.
To thaw I just take out as many as we need, put them on a cookie sheet and reheat at 425 for about 15 min (just like you do with those nasty frozen ones from the grocery store ;-)

I do it like MichaelAnn IF I have time. If I don't, I just let them cool, stick them in freezer bags and freeze. I also just microwave them if I don't have time for a toaster oven warmup and they aren't as crispy but they do ok.
I always make at least twice as many as I need!

I just froze these as Michael Ann suggested and they turned out great -- outside crispy, inside yum. My DH can't get over how good these are, and my DS#1 loves to dip things. =)

They're a big hit at our house, too. I increased the seasonings a bit and we gobbled 'em up. We love to dip foods too!
I chilled the leftovers last night and I'll freeze them today if they don't get eaten for lunch.
Thanks for the tip, y'all! It's always nice to have something quick and yummy in the freezer.
